Currently, FullPlate is looking to empower people (FullPlaters) that are motivated, aggressive and hungry to be their own boss. FullPlaters will help the restaurant industry and their community return to normal Safely while providing Efficiency to restaurant owners and Convenience to their customers! This a 1099 Independent Contractor position. FullPlaters are responsible to manage their time efficiently to ensure success. Our FullPlaters must use winning business strategy in order to secure partnerships with local restaurants and their affiliates.

Code of Conduct *FULLPLATE MOBILE CODE OF CONDUCT 1. Be inclusive. FullPlate Mobile, LLC welcomes and supports people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes, but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability. 2. Be considerate. We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a company. Your decisions will affect clients and colleagues, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions. 3. Be respectful. We won't all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration become personal attacks. An environment where restaurant partners, affiliates or patrons feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one and will not be tolerated. 4. Choose your words carefully. Always conduct yourself professionally. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down others. Harassment and exclusionary behavior aren't acceptable. This includes, but is not limited to: Threats of violence. Insubordination. Discriminatory jokes and language. Sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means. Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms. Unwelcome sexual attention. Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior. 5. Don't harass. In general, if someone asks you to stop something, then stop. When we disagree, try to understand why. Differences of opinion and disagreements are mostly unavoidable. What is important is that we resolve disagreements and differing views constructively. 6. Make differences into strengths. We can find strength in diversity. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn’t mean that they’re wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere. Instead, focus on resolving issues and learning from mistakes. 7. The work environment. FullPlaters should act with integrity, comply with laws, maintain a professional work environment and comply with company policies. They should treat customers, colleagues, restaurant partners and business affiliates ethically at all times. 8. Protecting company assets. FullPlaters should always act to protect the assets of the company, restaurant partners and their affiliates to include physical, intellectual, and electronic or digital properties. 9. Conflicts of interest. FullPlate's reputation depends on the actions and integrity of the FullPlaters. It is essential that FullPlaters avoid relationships and activities that hurt, or appears to hurt, their ability to make objective and fair decisions, and/or have anything but professional interaction with potential restaurant partners. 10. Anti-bribery and corruption. FullPlate's integrity is essential for maintaining trustworthiness and reputation. FullPlaters should always do their work fairly, honestly, and legally. 11. Attendance and punctuality. FullPlaters are expected to be regular and punctual to all meetings, appointments and presentations. This means being ready to work, representing the FullPlate brand; arriving and starting your presentation, meeting and/or appointment on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time. Absenteeism and tardiness burdens our restaurant partners and the FullPlate brand. 12. Absence without notice. FullPlaters who are unable to timely make a scheduled appointment, meeting, presentation should notify the restaurant partner as soon as humanly possible as to take into consideration the time of the restaurant partner. This allows the restaurant partner to keep their schedules and to reschedule any missed appointment with the FullPlaters. If a FullPlate misses or is tardy to more than 3 appointments/meetings with a restaurant partner without notifying said partner this will typically be considered job abandonment. 13. General harassment and sexual harassment. This company is committed to providing a work environment free of discrimination and unlawful harassment. Actions, words, jokes, or comments based on an individual’s sex, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic are not tolerated. 14. Dress Code A professional appearance is important when FullPlaters work with restaurant partners, affiliates or potential patrons. FullPlaters should be well groomed and dressed appropriately for the business and for their position. 15. Substance abuse. The manufacture, distribution, possession, sale, or purchase of controlled substances of abuse while promoting the FullPlate brand is prohibited. Being under the influence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or substances of abuse while promoting the FullPlate brand is prohibited. Promoting the FullPlate brand while under the influence of prescription drugs that impair performance is prohibited. 16. Tobacco products. The use of tobacco products while promoting the FullPlate brand, is specifically prohibited. By signing on to be a FullPlater you hereby accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. A violation of any one of these codes will disqualify you as a FullPlater and subject you to forfeiture of any commission earned throughout the duration of your time as a FullPlater.
